Who issues the invoice and under which VAT number?

InfinityFeedback is being incorporated: company name, registered office and VAT number will be published on this page and in the terms of sale as soon as registration is complete. In the meantime orders are handled in launch mode with secure Stripe payment and direct support.

How does VAT work on my purchases?

Accepted Answer

For private customers (B2C), VAT is applied and calculated automatically at checkout under EU distance-selling rules (OSS scheme). For business customers with a valid VAT number (B2B), intra-EU supplies may benefit from reverse charge: enter your VAT number at checkout and you will receive a compliant invoice.

Will I receive a valid invoice for my accounting?

The invoice is generated as a PDF and e-mailed automatically as soon as the company's tax details are active. For orders placed earlier, the invoice will be sent to you as soon as it is available.

How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?

Standard shipping across the EU costs € 6.90 and takes 3-5 working days. If you operate near our hub areas, you can pick up your order free of charge in Rimini (IT) or Cluj-Napoca (RO), with direct support from the local sales network.

What happens if my Google profile link changes?

Accepted Answer

No problem: the QR code and NFC chip point to your smart review page, not to a fixed Google link. With the Continuous Reputation Plan you update the URL in real time, without reprinting the card. We still recommend checking the confirmation preview before payment.

Does the card work with every smartphone?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The NFC chip works with every iPhone from model 7 onwards and with virtually all NFC-enabled Android smartphones. And in any case, the QR code on the back works with any phone camera, even without NFC: no customer is left out.

Does it need a battery or maintenance? How long does it last?

Accepted Answer

No battery and no maintenance: the NFC chip is passive and is powered by the phone's magnetic field. The card is made of water- and impact-resistant materials, with a virtually unlimited lifespan.

Do I need to install or pay for an app?

Accepted Answer

No. Neither you nor your customers need to install anything. No monthly fees or hidden costs: you pay for the card once and the first year of service is included. From the second year, the Continuous Reputation Plan (€29/year) keeps the dynamic link, monthly report and priority support active.

Do you offer dedicated terms for large B2B orders?

Yes. For hotel chains, restaurant groups, franchises or orders over 20 units we prepare a dedicated price list with personalized terms. Message us on WhatsApp or by e-mail with quantities and timelines: we reply within 24 working hours.

What does the €29/year plan from the second year include?

From the second year, the Continuous Reputation Plan (€29/year) keeps the whole ecosystem active: a dynamic link updatable without reprinting cards, a monthly reputation analysis report by email, and priority access to dedicated support. Automatic annual renewal with an e-mail reminder before expiry: you can cancel freely at any time.
