Scope
These Terms govern the distance selling of InfinityFeedback products (smart cards, plates and business cards with NFC and QR technology) to consumers (B2C) and professionals (B2B) in the European Union, pursuant to Directive 2011/83/EU and EU e-commerce regulations.
Customized products and right of withdrawal
Cards are produced to measure according to the customization chosen by the customer (logo, name, colours, Google link). Pursuant to art. 59(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal is excluded for goods made to measure or clearly personalized. The legal guarantee of conformity for production defects remains unaffected.
Google link verification
Before payment, the customer verifies the confirmation preview of the Google Business profile linked to the NFC chip and QR code. Approving the preview constitutes acceptance of the entered link.
Prices, VAT and invoicing
Prices are expressed in euros. VAT is calculated at checkout under EU distance-selling rules (OSS scheme for B2C; intra-EU reverse charge for B2B customers with a VIES-verified valid VAT number). A compliant invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery
EU standard shipping (3-5 working days, € 6.90) or free in-person pickup at the Rimini (Italy) and Cluj-Napoca (Romania) hubs. Production time for customized cards is approximately 5-7 working days.
Continuous Reputation Plan (annual subscription)
Every card includes the first year of the Continuous Reputation Plan (real-time URL update, monthly report, priority support). At the end of the first year the plan renews automatically at €29 (excluding VAT, where applicable) for each subsequent year, charged to the payment method used at purchase. The customer receives an e-mail reminder before each charge and may cancel at any time, without penalties, from the plan management portal reachable from the order confirmation page or by contacting us: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Upon cancellation the NFC chip and QR keep working with the last configured link, but it can no longer be updated.
Payments and security
Payments are processed by Stripe with full encryption. The order enters production only after payment confirmation; the confirmation is sent by e-mail with the customization recap.
