NFC or QR code for reviews? The answer is: both
NFC tap converts better, QR is universal. Data, smartphone compatibility and why InfinityFeedback cards integrate both.

How the NFC tap works
The NTAG216 chip is passive and powered by the phone's field. At 1-3 cm the phone reads the URL and offers to open it. iPhone (XR and later) reads even on the lock screen; Android just needs NFC on.
When QR wins
QR works on any phone with a camera and from a distance (menu, window, table). Downside: opening the camera and framing are two extra steps.
The numbers
Where both are used, NFC generates 60-70% of review page openings in under 2 seconds; QR covers the rest and remains essential for older iPhones.
Why one card with both
One gesture to explain — 'tap or scan' — one object to place, one link, unified statistics in the Owner Area (QR scans vs NFC taps).
Materials and durability
0.76 mm PVC protects the chip for thousands of reads. Matte and crystal finishes reduce glare; gloss is easier to clean in kitchens and spas. QR printed with error correction level M.
